By engaging the services of Planet Pet Relocation, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined on this website and in any written communications provided by Planet Pet Relocation.
Planet Pet Relocation takes great care in planning each pet’s journey and follows industry best practices for the international transport of live animals. Every relocation is coordinated in accordance with airline regulations, destination country requirements, and internationally recognized standards.
However, pet transportation involves inherent risks that may arise despite careful planning and professional handling. Circumstances beyond our control may include, but are not limited to, airline delays, weather conditions, governmental actions, health-related issues, or unforeseen events during transport.
Planet Pet Relocation cannot guarantee against illness, injury, escape, or death at any time and shall not be held liable for any such occurrences during or related to the relocation process.
Planet Pet Relocation reserves the right to issue partial refunds only, when applicable.
Deposits are non-refundable and are excluded from all refund policies.
Any approved partial refund will be limited to expenses not incurred and 50% of the service fees paid.
For regular (non-discounted) quotes, refunds will be processed 3–4 weeks after written cancellation is received.
For early-payment discounted quotes, refunds will be processed 3–4 weeks prior to the preliminary pet shipping date that was agreed upon in order to qualify for the discount.
If alternative refund terms have been provided in writing by email, those terms shall supersede the policies stated on this website.
